چکیده
The aim was to determine the relationships among components of force-velocity (F-V) profiles in jumping and sprinting, with both biological chronological ages 89 young soccer players belonging categories from U10 U18. Participants performed countermovement jumps (CMJ) 20-m sprint tests. F-V assessed were associated maturity offset age, using correlation multiple linear regression analyses. Horizontal (i.e., maximal theoretical force [F0] velocity [V0], power [Pmax] slope) vertical [Pmax]) displayed very large correlations 0.79 ≤ r 0.92) age offset. combination sprinting Pmax training experience F0 explained up 94% variances age. Furthermore, similar found between performances, profiles, Identification jump mechanical determinants may assist strengthening those profile which are weaker throughout process. Sprinting capabilities can be indistinctly monitored respect their or players.

Real Madrid was named as the best club of the 20th century by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics. The aim of this study was to compare if players from Real Madrid covered shorter distances than players from the opposing team. One hundred and forty-nine matches including league, cup and UEFA Champions League matches played by the Real Madrid were monitored during the...
متن کاملAssessing maximal sprinting speed in highly trained young soccer players.
The aim of the present study was to locate the fastest 10-m split time (Splitbest) over a 40-m sprint in relation to age and maximal sprint speed in highly trained young soccer players. Analyses were performed on 967 independent player sprints collected in 223 highly trained young football players (Under 12 to Under 18). The maximal sprint speed was defined as the average running speed during S...
متن کاملIs the relationship between sprinting and maximal aerobic speeds in young soccer players affected by maturation?
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between maximal sprinting (MSS) and aerobic (MAS) speeds in a cohort of highly-trained young male soccer players with the influence of body mass controlled for using allometric scaling. MSS and MAS were obtained in 14 pre-age at peak height velocity (APHV) players (12.3 ± 0.7 years), 21 circum-APHV players (14.3 ± 0.9 year) and 26 po...
متن کاملSprinting at Maximum Velocity
Resisted sprint running is a common training method for improving sprint-specific strength. For maximum specificity of training, the athlete’s movement patterns during the training exercise should closely resemble those used when performing the sport. The purpose of this study was to compare the kinematics of sprinting at maximum velocity to the kinematics of sprinting when using three of types...
متن کاملDifferences in loaded and unloaded vertical jumping ability and sprinting performance between Brazilian elite under-20 and senior soccer players
The aim of this study was to compare performance in sprint, change of direction speed, vertical jump and jump squat tests between elite soccer players from two different age categories (i.e., under-20 and senior players) from the same soccer club. Players performed sprints (average velocity at 5, 10 and 20 m), zig-zag change of direction speed (COD speed), squat and countermovement jump tests a...
